If you're building a new home or structure, Mold Proof mold prevention by Applied Environmental Solutions will ensure cost-effective protection that is guaranteed to last in areas we treat, backed by a renewable individual insurance policy per job. Mold Proof offers several levels of service to satisfy your desired level of protection.

Hot Zone PLUS Installations

Mold Proof® Hot-Zone Plus installations include hot zones (unconditioned areas such as basements, crawl spaces, and attics) plus areas that tend to be high-moisture such as kitchens, baths, and laundry areas.

Perimeter Installations

For increased protection, we offer Perimeter Installations, which include all areas in the Hot Zone Plus installation plus all exterior wall framing, sheathing, door jambs, window jambs, and plumbing runs.

Full Structural Installations

If you want protection that includes everything in the Perimeter Installation but also covers framing, plumbing, and subflooring, we offers the Full Structural Installation.

Ultimate Structural Installations

If you're interested in maximum protection for your new structure, we offer the Ultimate Structural Installation which includes the Full Structural Installation plus coverage of all truesses and joists in the structure.
