Environmental Restoration's HVAC Cleaning
Procedures:
- Initial
Inspection - color video and photo (pre-
and post-) documentation.
- Clean
air systems, trunk lines and all runs via
2500-7500 cfm HEPA vacuum units.
- Air
wash/power brush trunk lines and runs
- Chemical
wash trunk, furnace, fans, coils, filter
areas and registers.
- Apply
sealer and/or oxine sanitizer (per EPA
regulation) and deodorizer, as needed.
- Replace
all filters.
- Final
inspection - photos and/or video provided
(upon request).
- Quality
assurance plan.
